We are looking for an experienced Baker for our renowned and busy bakery in Palmers Green, North London (N13).

The position starts early in the morning, with working hours approximately 05:00 – 15:00.

6 working days a week.

Experience and work permit required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation and baking of various breads, primarily Turkish bread.
Production of artisan breads and sourdough.
Managing dough preparation, shaping, and baking processes.
Maintaining daily production quality and hygiene standards.
Keeping the kitchen and production area tidy.
Aiding to work in a team and supporting production processes.

Required Qualifications:

Experienced in the baking field.
Knowledge of Turkish bread varieties.
Experience in artisan and sourdough bread making is preferred.
Available for early hours.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Team player, responsible, and disciplined.
