We are looking for an experienced and talented Grill Chef to work in our fast-paced Turkish restaurant. The candidate should be knowledgeable in grilling, meat preparation, and Turkish cuisine, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking skewers, meatballs, lamb chops, chicken wings, and various kebab types;
Professionally operating and managing the grill
; Preparing meals according to taste, quality, and presentation standards;
Marinating and portioning meats
; Coordinating with the kitchen team during busy hours;
Working in accordance with hygiene and food safety rules;
Keeping the kitchen and work area clean and tidy;
Assisting with stock control and proper product storage.

Required Qualifications:
Experience as a Grill Chef / Barbecue Chef
; Knowledge of Turkish cuisine;
Proficiency in meat cooking techniques;
Ability to adapt to a demanding work pace;
Team player;
Responsible, disciplined, and organized work ethic.
