Pharmacist Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pharmacist to join our Independent Pharmacy in Notting Hill(Portobello Road), London.

We are looking for a highly motivated Pharmacist to join our team. You will be required to work 5 days per week, with a requirement to work weekends with a day off during the week.

Tier 2 visa sponsorship is available.

The role
We are now looking for a Pharmacist who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and above all passionate about making a difference. With a proven track record and must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Our preferred candidate will be required to lead, manage, and develop the pharmacy team to increase and maximise sales, profitability, and the services we provide to our community, through achievement of the company’s business goals and objectives. Candidates must demonstrate sound business performance and have experience of establishing and maintaining customer and patient loyalty.

The Pharmacy

The Pharmacy successfully delivers a significant number of services and the company would like to grow these further including, Travel Vaccinations, Health checks, Flu, EHC, and of course NMS and MURs.

The pharmacy is currently well set up and includes a great team.

Personal specification

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPHC.
• Experience of managing a busy pharmacy is desirable.
• An enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated leader who can support the business aims and objectives.
• Dynamic and extremely organised, good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
• Highly professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills,
• Experience of developing and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Professionals including GPs, practice and district nurses and action teams.
• Experience of managing additional NHS services, including flu vaccinations, MURs, NMS, Blood Pressure Monitoring, CPCS, Minor Ailments, EHC, NRT is desirable.
