Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Club Manager to oversee operations at one or more of our venues. This is a vital, hands-on role that includes managing staff and DJs, ensuring full compliance with all licensing laws, and maintaining high operational standards throughout the club.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Invoicing

• Maintain accurate records for payroll and compliance purposes

Staff Coordination

• Create and manage rotas for bar staff, security, and support personnel
• Supervise staff during operating hours and ensure shift coverage

Compliance and Licensing

• Maintain compliance with alcohol licensing conditions
• Ensure all operational policies align with the four licensing objectives
• Liaise with local authorities and licensing bodies

General Operations

• Oversee nightly club operations, customer service, and safety protocols
• Support promotional events and VIP bookings

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, nightclub or adult entertainment management preferred
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Tech-literate and comfortable handling digital admin tasks
• High standards of discretion and professionalism
• Willingness to relocate and commit long-term
